Ivana Dubravec

Ms. Ivana Dubravec has a master’s degree in Environmental Geology. She works in the Municipality of Križevci as energy efficiency, environmental protection and spatial planning advisor. For the last 4 years, she has been working on projects for the construction of solar power plants for households and advising citizens on retrofits and renewable energy sources, but also on educating citizens about climate change and environmental protection, the impact of climate change on the environment and mitigation methods. She also works as a project manager on projects financed from national and EU sources and on the implementation of measures for alleviating energy poverty. Prior to Municipality of Križevci, she worked in KLIK energy cooperative as an Expert Associate, mostly on renewable energy sources projects, and prior to KLIK, she worked in Green Energy Cooperative (ZEZ) as an environmental expert on the development and the implementation of urban transformation activities through Future Cities of South East Europe initiative. Prior to ZEZ, she worked for 6 years as an environmental expert in the field of waste management in a small private company and in Koprivnica-Križevci County as an environmental protection intern.
