Meet REMARKABLE Climate Leaders at the Covenant of Mayors Investment Forum 2023

The Covenant of Mayors Investment Forum is an annual conference highlighting successful projects in energy efficiency finance, climate adaptation, and innovative energy planning across Europe. REMARKABLE Climate Leaders were invited to the block on Cities and regions at the centre of the Clean Energy Transition and climate adaptation.
The Investment Forum gathers cities, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to share best practices and solutions for common challenges in climate and sustainable energy finance. Organized by the European Commission in collaboration with the Covenant of Mayors initiative, this event promotes collaboration and knowledge exchange.
On 25 October 2023 at 11:30, the project REMARKABLE Climate Leaders will be represented by Seamus Hoyne, Principle Investigator for Sustainable Development Research Institute at the Technological University of the Shannon, Ireland and Miljenko Sedlar Head of Dept., North-West Croatia Regional Energy Agency (REGEA).
REMARKABLE Climate Leaders will build new leadership capacity across Europe through a Climate Leadership Programme designed with and for climate leaders. Through a people-centred approach, Regional Energy Agencies will support leaders of public authorities and communities in implementing transformational roadmaps and innovative solutions to achieve climate neutrality.
