Morgan Lahiffe serves as the Climate Action Coordinator at Clare County Council, where he leads the Climate Action Team and oversees the implementation of the Clare Climate Action Plan. With 17 years of experience in local government, Morgan has successfully executed National policies at the grassroots level through capital investment projects and strategic planning. Morgan’s current role is dedicated to meeting the statutory climate obligations set for Clare County Council by 2030. Additionally, Morgan holds the position of Energy Performance Officer within the council. Morgan holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Galway.
